UW Eastside Specality Center

Bellevue, WA

This 32,100SF project represents a new outpatient delivery model for the University of Washington Medical Center. To provide better access to specialists this project is located away from the hospital and close to large population centers.

The building is designed around the concepts of flexibility and standardization to allow multiple specialty groups to use building and change service offerings in response to the changing needs of the local area served over time. The building offers convenient, clear way-finding and flexibility to remove barriers of access to the local community.
